Based on the learnings of the Covid-19 pandemic, the project "empowerment4pandemias" intends to support individuals and organizations in the healthcare sector to build resilience and better handle pandemics and similar crises in the professional environment in the future.
Through this organisational pandemic resilience assessment questionnaire, you will be able to assess the level of your organisation’s current pandemic resilience capability and identify strengths and areas for improvement or future investment. The assessment focuses on the eight key areas 1) risk understanding, 2) strategic and operational thinking, 3) leadership for resilience and integrity, 4) information management, 5) adaptability and flexibility, 6) focus on people and culture, 7) training, testing and validation, and 8) ability to reflect and learn.
The assessment tool is aligned with the guiding principles of resilience standard BS65000. It is informed by organisational insights across the European Union and the United Kingdom and has been adapted to the specific context of pandemic resilience in the healthcare sector.
The questionnaire takes about 20 minutes to complete. Please read every statement carefully and answer spontaneously, according to how you feel in this moment. There are no wrong answers.
