Based on the learnings of the Covid-19 pandemic, the project empowerment4pandemias intends to support individuals and organizations in the healthcare sector to build resilience and better handle pandemics and similar crises in the professional environment in the future.
Through this individual assessment questionnaire, you will be able to evaluate your current resilience-related skills and other resilience factors. This assessment can help you identify areas for potential personal growth and development in the future, and allow you to work on your overall resilience.
In this assessment tool, only scientifically validated questions were used; thus, the results can be valuable for personal insight and growth. However, it is important to note that they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological support that may be indicated.
The questionnaire takes about 15 minutes to complete. Please read every statement carefully and answer spontaneously, according to how you feel in this moment. There are no wrong answers.
Some of the items might seem similar to you – however, this is intended and necessary due to methodological aspects.

On the next page you will find a “spider diagram" that shows the assessment about the different facets of resilience. It can be considered the starting point for the elaboration of an individual resilience development plan.
Even though in this tool only scientifically validated questions were used the assessment result is only a rough indication about your individual resilience and cannot substitute a professional medical or psychological diagnosis. Therefore, if the result of this assessment upsets you or you have any question regarding your condition, please do not hesitate to seek professional advice by a counsellor or doctor.
